In this role, you will coordinate technical projects for special vehicles and customized solutions, from initiation to final delivery. You will work closely with engineering, production, procurement and management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to technical and contractual requirements.

This is a hands-on technical project management role, close to the product and manufacturing environment, with direct impact on customer satisfaction and project performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do

• Manage technical projects for the production and outfitting of special vehicles and customized solutions from initiation to final acceptance;
• Develop detailed project plans, define milestones and ensure effective allocation of internal resources;
• Lead cross-functional teams (design, production, procurement, logistics, quality) to achieve project objectives;
• Monitor project progress, organize regular meetings and implement corrective actions when deviations occur;
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders and maintain alignment regarding scope, deadlines, costs and technical expectations;
• Track project budgets, costs, contracts and resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle;
• Identify technical and operational risks and propose alternative solutions;
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date and report project status to management;
• Participate in final project deliveries and customer acceptance activities;
• Apply lessons learned principles and contribute to continuous improvement of future projects and processes.

What a typical day in this role could look like

• Review project status, deadlines and resource planning;
• Coordinate a technical meeting with engineering and production teams regarding an ongoing vehicle build;
• Analyze project risks, supplier constraints or technical changes;
• Update project plans, budgets and documentation in ERP and project management systems;
• Prepare a progress report for management and define corrective actions;
• Participate in customer or partner technical discussions.
