Job Purpose
The holder of this position makes an essential contribution to the team by manufacturing wooden and composite material components and assemblies used in the structure and interior of special vehicles and related products, ensuring quality, precision, and compliance with the company’s technical specifications.
Main Responsibilities
- Manufacturing parts and subassemblies made of wood or similar materials (chipboard/PAL, MDF, solid wood, plastics) based on technical documentation, through cutting, drilling, sanding, and assembly operations, in accordance with project plans and specifications;
- Operating and maintaining workshop tools and equipment (manual and electric) for efficient processing and finishing;
- Finishing surfaces and correcting visual defects according to internal quality standards;
- Correctly interpreting technical drawings, templates, and CAD specifications to ensure execution according to Deltamed standards;
- Assembling component parts and installing elements, including verifying dimensions and making technical adjustments;
- Complying with safety procedures and occupational health and safety regulations in the carpentry workshop.
Candidate profile
Qualification Requirements:
- Professional qualification in the field (carpentry / material processing);
- Relevant experience in a similar position, minimum 2 years in a production/workshop environment;
- Solid knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and execution specifications;
- Excellent skills in working with manual and electric tools and modern processing techniques;
- Attention to detail, quality, and precision in execution;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a production environment focused on deadlines and quality standards.
Desired Competencies and Skills:
- Familiarity with standardized production processes and quality control;
- Ability to meet production timelines and maintain an organized workspace;
- Experience with various materials (wood, chipboard/PAL, MDF, composite materials) is an advantage.
