Human resources generalist

Description

Role Purpose

The person occupying this position will ensure the complete management of human resources processes, with a focus on legal compliance, personnel administration, recruitment support and the smooth functioning of operational personnel activities, in an organizational environment oriented towards performance and compliance with internal and legal procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Personnel administration & legal compliance:

  • Provides support in the complete management of employment relationships in REGES Online: registrations, modifications, suspensions, CIM terminations, etc. in accordance with the legislation in force;
  • Prepares and manages personnel documents: individual employment contracts, additional documents, decisions, certificates, personnel files, etc.;
  • Operates and updates personnel data in the ERP/HR system (AsisRIA);
  • Ensures correct and up-to-date archiving of personnel documents, both physical and electronic.

 

Timekeeping and working time records:

  • Manages the monthly timesheets of all colleagues: data collection, verification, resolution of identified non-conformities, centralization, transmission to payroll;
  • Tracks records/situations of vacation leaves, sick leaves, absences and other types of unworked time and centralizes data;
  • Collaborates with department coordinators for the accuracy of working time information.

 

Occupational health and safety:

  • Manages SSM sheets and related documentation (administrative records);
  • Manages periodic appointments for OSH training, medical check-ups (periodic and upon employment), other one-off assessments;
  • Collaborates with external OHS/occupational health providers and internal departments for scheduling, ensuring data accuracy, and meeting deadlines.

 

Recruitment and selection:

  • Conducts principled recruitment processes for positions with low and medium complexity levels;
  • Publish recruitment ads using the appropriate channels, ensure centralization and screening of applications, schedule interviews;
  • Collaborates with recruitment agencies and external suppliers, as appropriate;
  • Ensures a fair and professional experience for candidates throughout interactions and processes.

 

HR support & internal communication:

  • Provides support to colleagues and department coordinators regarding labor law issues, internal procedures, personnel documents;
  • Actively contributes to the updating/development and implementation processes of human resources procedures and policies, internal regulations and collective labor agreements.
  • Contributes to the implementation of onboarding and offboarding activities (from an administrative and procedural perspective).

Candidate profile

Requirements for the position:

  • Higher education completed in fields such as: psychology, human resources, economics, law, administration;
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in the field, in a role as a Human Resources Specialist / Human Resources Generalist;
  • Relevant and proven experience in using REVISAL/REGES, ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, Asis, etc.) for personnel data management, Ms Office package especially Excel;
  • Previous professional experience in companies with production activity;
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and the ability to apply them efficiently and correctly in current activity;
  • Basic experience in conducting recruitment and selection processes;
  • Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, compliance with deadlines; proven communication and relationship skills, result orientation; ability to work with confidential data and information, to respect the principles of professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing non-EU personnel administration is an advantage.
