Export and Development Manager – EUROPE

Position Context and Purpose

To support the expansion of our production capacity and the growth of our presence in international markets, we are looking for an Export & Business Development Manager – Europe. The role is to identify and develop new collaboration opportunities and projects, ensuring an active and consolidated presence of our company in strategic markets.

Main responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting new clients and partners, with a focus on special vehicles and ambulances.
  • Preparing and implementing entry and development strategies for target markets, including adapting offers and solutions to local requirements.
  • Building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships with clients and strategic partners through effective communication and ongoing collaboration.
  • Coordinating the negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts in accordance with the company’s policies and objectives.
  • Close collaboration with the technical, production, and project management departments to ensure product compliance and adaptation to the requirements of external clients.
  • Monitoring the market and competitors, and providing periodic reports to management regarding results, trends, and development opportunities.
  • Participating in relevant international trade fairs, exhibitions, and events to promote the company and strengthen the professional network.
  • Managing intercultural relationships and adapting messages and strategies to the cultural and economic specifics of each country.
  • Efficient use of CRM, ERP, and other internal software tools for managing relationships and export processes.
  • Ensuring that all activities comply with international commercial legislation and applicable export regulations.

Candidate profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • Higher education, preferably in fields such as International Relations, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related areas;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the medical sector, special vehicles, or automotive;

  • Advanced proficiency in at least two widely spoken international languages, with English being mandatory; German or French is an advantage;

  • Demonstrated experience in business development in international markets;

  • Relevant technical knowledge regarding special vehicles and/or emergency medical services is a significant advantage;

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;

  • Intercultural skills, empathy, and adaptability when working with partners from diverse cultural environments;

  • Project management abilities and strong results orientation;

  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned region;

  • Advanced PC skills, including the use of CRM and ERP software.
