The Protection and confidentiality of personal data
This page contains essential information on how personal data is collected and processed through www.deltamed.ro.
According to the art. 4.1 of General Data Protection Regulation, 2016/ 679 (called below GDPR) “a personal data” means any information related to an identified or identifiable person; an identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more many specific elements, of his physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.
Uploading a Curriculum Vitae on the Deltamed web page, you will submit data such as your first name, email address and/ or phone number, date of birth, gender, profession, postal code, sphere of activity and personal interests; some of this data is also required from people who are subscribing to our regular newsletter.

The legal basis, purpose and period of processing the personal data
Uploading a Curriculum Vitae or subscribing to one of the newsletters is equivalent with giving the agreement on using your pesonal date, pursuant to the art. 6.1 lit b) and Art. 6.1 lit a.) of GDPR.
As far as for job application, the purpose of processing personal data is to evaluate the candidate in order to identify a position that he/ she might occupy inside our company, the data provided through the CV will be kept indefinitely in the company’s database and it will be removed at the express request of the person, who will communicate this in writing via e-mail at hr@deltamed.ro.
The same right has a newsletter subscriber who wants to unsubscribe. The request for unsubscription will be sent to newsletter@deltamed.ro.
The right to modify and to delete your data held by Deltamed
Besides deleting your personal data, you will also have the right to request modifications by uploading an updated CV, for example, when you have new information to share about graduated studies/ promoted courses/ skills acquired, changes on civil status/ name/ address/ contact details.
The Newsletters
By subscribing to our newsletter, we will process your email address to send you notifications containing some topics that you may be interested in. The legal basis for processing these data is based on the art. 6.1 lit a.) of GDPR. In order to be able to demonstrate your identity we will store your IP address until you will choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
The correspondence and electronic contact
Our platforms may contain contact forms. You can use them to contact us electronically, as well as you can contact us by using the email address mentioned above. According to this, the data that accompanies your messages, as well as our answers to your questions, will be stored and processed until the issues that are discussed are considered clear by the two parties.
The disclosure and transmission of personal information

Deltamed S.R.L . will not transmit (by selling or renting) to third parties your personal information. We may, however, transmit the information to third parties in the following cases:
- with your agreement;
- if the request comes from public authorities or institutions under a legal provision or a decision of a courthouse.
If Deltamed merges or is purchased wholly or partly by another company, the database is transferred to the new operator. If Deltamed S.R.L. becomes insolvent, voluntarily or involuntarily, the database may be sold, authorized, traded – with the court agreement – through its liquidator, administrator or its buyer. If any of the above situations appears, you will be notified by email or by posting a notice on Deltamed’s site.
Cookies Policy
The purpose of this document is to inform you, how the informations are collected from you when you visit our site, according to your rights related to your personal data. A “cookie” is a small file that will be stored on the user’s device where our site is accessed. Their role is to make the website more user-friendly, more efficient and more secure.
